INTRODUCTION
My name is Kyle (Keoua) Medeiros, born and raised in San Jose, CA. I moved to Placer County in 2015 and now reside locally here in Granite Bay. I have owned and operated SNAP A PROP since 2013.
I serve Placer County, Sacramento County and Contra Costa county. I personally service these 3 areas, but I have other photographers that can reach beyond those areas, like Oakland and Manteca.
I am FAA Certified which means you don’t have to worry about paying the $11,000 fine if you ever get caught hiring an unlicensed drone pilot. I am a Zillow Certified Photographer and a 3D Matterport Partner.
PROFESSIOnaL PHOTOGRAPHY MATTERS
Professional photography matters in real estate because it’s the first thing a potential buyer sees when browsing for a home. It’s also important because your sellers are relying on you to market their property with the best possible representation of their home and they DESERVE it. WHY? Because if they feel like you didn’t market their property efficiently, THEY WILL find someone else and THEY WILL base it off their marketing strategy. Not only do I see this all the time, but the sellers also tell me this directly.
DO NOT be one of the agents that stand out for the wrong reasons.
